AEG is not an agency. We are the quarterback of the athlete's business ecosystem — building the infrastructure around the athlete so they can focus on performing at the highest level.
Millions of dollars are made or lost not in the contract, but in everything that happens after it. The advisors exist. Nobody is coordinating them.
Everyone shows up at once. Few are vetted. Fewer are aligned with the athlete's long-term interest.
The attorney, CPA, agent, and financial advisor rarely speak. Decisions get made without full context.
Every professional executes their piece. No one is accountable for how the pieces fit together.
Families are handed a seven-figure enterprise and no operating manual, no governance, no playbook.
We don't replace your
team. We make sure it
works together.
AEG coordinates agents, attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors so every decision is intentional and aligned with the athlete's long-term goals. We aren't trying to become every expert — we make sure every expert is talking to each other.
Six disciplines, one integrated engagement — delivered with the professionalism of a family office and the accessibility athletes at every stage actually need.
The legal and operational chassis the entire enterprise runs on.
A written roadmap for the next decade — not the next deal.
Someone accountable for the calendar, the cadence, and the follow-through.
Evaluating opportunity against compliance, brand equity, and lifetime value.
Business literacy for the people sitting at the table beside the athlete.
Structuring impact so it outlives the playing career.
Click any seat to see what it owns
Every advisor keeps their seat. AEG holds the huddle — setting the agenda, chasing the loose ends, and making sure no decision is made in isolation.
AssessFull audit of the athlete's existing structure, advisors, contracts, and exposure.
AssembleFill the gaps from a vetted network — CPA, IP counsel, wealth management, insurance, PR.
AlignOne strategy, one calendar, one scorecard that every advisor works against.
AdvanceOngoing management, quarterly governance, and course correction as the career evolves.
The specifics change. The pattern rarely does — capable professionals, no coordination, and a family making consequential decisions without a full picture.
A top recruit commits, and within weeks has three NIL arrangements agreed by text message. No entity exists. The family is fielding calls from advisors who found them, not the other way around.
What changes: the family stops making one-off decisions under pressure and starts running a business with terms, records, and a calendar.
A drafted athlete arrives with an agent, an agent-referred financial advisor, a CPA the family has used for years, and an attorney who handled a real estate closing. Each is competent. None has met the others.
What changes: the advisors keep their seats and their scope. What's new is that someone owns how the pieces fit — and notices when they don't.
An athlete transfers mid-career carrying collective income from one state and new obligations in another. A marketing partner holds the photo library, the logo files, and the handle for a personal brand the athlete assumed was theirs.
What changes: the athlete owns their own brand assets, knows their tax exposure before it's a penalty, and has terms that survive the next move.
These are illustrative composites describing the situations AEG is built to address. They are not accounts of specific clients, and no outcome is guaranteed. Client work is confidential and is not published.
One trusted call. We assemble the team, run the process, and report back. Families shouldn't have to know which specialist to hire — that's our job.
Every partner in the network is selected against defined criteria and held to AEG's standards of service, communication, and athlete-first judgment.
High school athletes entering the NIL market for the first time.
Managing income, compliance, and brand while still in school.
Signed athletes with real enterprises and real complexity.
Non-traditional revenue, sponsorship, and career arcs.
Parents and siblings suddenly running a business.
Athlete-led philanthropy that needs real governance.
Thirty years of recruiting, coaching, and building organizations taught Tim Fudd the same lesson over and over: the athletes who lose the most rarely lack good advisors. They lack anyone whose job is the whole picture.
“I'm not trying to be every expert.
I make sure every expert is talking to each other.”
For more than three decades, Tim Fudd has built organizations, developed leaders, and guided athletes and families through some of the most important decisions of their lives. As a collegiate recruiter, coach, educator, business leader, and trusted advisor, he has been driven by one mission: helping people build something bigger than the moment in front of them.
Across all of it, the same pattern kept repeating. Talented athletes were surrounded by accomplished professionals — agents, attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, marketing experts — but too often those professionals operated independently. Everyone was doing their job, and still no one was responsible for connecting the strategy. The result was missed opportunities, unnecessary risk, and families left trying to manage a business they were never prepared to run.
Athlete Enterprise Group was created to solve that problem. AEG serves as the strategic quarterback of the athlete's business enterprise — bringing together the right people, aligning every advisor, and making sure every decision supports the athlete's long-term vision. We don't replace trusted professionals. We make them a stronger team.
Every athlete deserves more than representation.
They deserve structure.
Every family deserves more than advice.
They deserve clarity and confidence.
And every enterprise deserves a leader who sees the entire field
before the next play is called.
The entity, the agreements, and the records come first. Deals built on top of nothing eventually collapse into it.
Every advisor keeps their seat and their expertise. What's missing is someone accountable for how it all fits together.
An athlete who understands their own business makes better decisions for forty years. Dependence is not a service model.
The playing window is short. The enterprise, the wealth, and the impact are supposed to outlast it.
Every engagement begins with a confidential conversation about where the athlete is today and what's missing. No pitch decks, no pressure — just an honest assessment.
