The Network

Fifteen disciplines.
One phone number.

Behind every AEG client sits a private bench of vetted specialists — attorneys, accountants, bankers, strategists, clinicians. You never have to find them, vet them, or manage them. That's the engagement.

Every seat around
the athlete.

AEG sits at the center and holds the huddle. Click any discipline to see what it owns inside the enterprise — and what goes wrong when nobody's coordinating it. Hover to pause.

Why You Won't Find Names Here

The bench is earned,
not browsed.

AEG does not publish its advisor roster. The relationships took years to build and are extended to clients — not to the open internet.

There's a practical reason too. A published directory invites people to go around the coordination and hire piecemeal, which is precisely the failure AEG exists to solve. Introductions are made deliberately, matched to the athlete's actual situation, and managed from there.

Prospective clients meet the relevant specialists during onboarding — after the engagement begins, and only the ones their situation calls for.

Coverage

What we coordinate.

Not every athlete needs every seat. AEG assesses which disciplines the situation actually requires, fills the gaps from the bench, and keeps them working against one strategy.

Selection Criteria

How a seat is earned.

Referral fees don't buy placement. Every specialist clears the same four standards before AEG puts them in front of a family.

01

Credentialed & Clean

Credentials are verified at the source, not taken from a bio.

What we verify
  • Active licensure with the issuing body — state bar, CPA board, FINRA BrokerCheck, SEC IAPD, state insurance department
  • Disciplinary and complaint history, including prior firms
  • Errors-and-omissions or malpractice coverage, current and adequate to the engagement
  • Business registration and standing in every state they'd serve
Disqualifying
  • Unresolved disciplinary action or client complaints
  • Lapsed coverage or licensure "in process"
  • Credentials that can't be independently confirmed
02

Athlete-Context Fluent

General excellence isn't enough. This client profile breaks standard assumptions.

What we ask
  • How they handle multi-state and jock tax exposure across a season
  • Their working understanding of NIL rules, collectives, and eligibility risk
  • How they plan around a compressed, uncertain earning window
  • Experience with clients whose income is concentrated, public, and volatile
Disqualifying
  • Treating an athlete like a standard high-income professional
  • Unfamiliarity with eligibility consequences of ordinary business decisions
  • Wanting the logo more than the work
03

Coordination-Willing

The whole model fails if one seat works in the dark. Willingness is a condition of the seat.

What's expected
  • Participation in scheduled reviews with the other disciplines present
  • Sharing relevant context — within privilege and confidentiality limits — so decisions aren't made blind
  • Work against one strategy document and one calendar, not a parallel plan
  • Flagging cross-discipline implications rather than staying in lane
Disqualifying
  • Insisting on sole ownership of the client relationship
  • Withholding context to protect position
  • Treating coordination as optional when it's inconvenient
04

Family-First Judgment

The standard we weigh heaviest, and the hardest to fake over time.

What we look for
  • A specific instance of advising a client away from a transaction that would have paid them
  • Fee structures disclosed plainly, in writing, without prompting
  • Willingness to say "this isn't my area" and hand off
  • Patience with parents and young athletes who are learning in real time
Disqualifying
  • Undisclosed referral compensation or revenue sharing
  • Product-first recommendations regardless of situation
  • Pressure tactics, urgency framing, or exploiting a family's inexperience

Standing in the network is reviewed on an ongoing basis. A seat can be vacated at any time — and has no bearing on any fee arrangement, because AEG does not accept referral compensation from network partners.
